OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
NOTE IF YOU FAIL TO CALL AND CANCEL ANY RESERVATION, CANCELLATION FEES EQUAL TO THE
VALUE OF THE RESERVATION WILL BE CHARGED
AND YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT WHEN MAKING ANOTHER RESERVATION.
NON-HOLIDAY CANCELLATION FEES
Cancellation fees will be charged for failure to cancel your reservations at least 24 hours prior to date of arrival. These fees will be equal to a 3 night minimum visit for all pets for which reservations are made.
HOLIDAY CANCELLATION FEES
Cancellation fees will be charged for failure to cancel your reservations at least 48 hours prior to date of arrival.
If less than 24 Hours notice is given fees will be
equal to the total value of the reservation for all
pets for which reservations are made.
WE DO NOT RECEIVE PETS ON THE FOLLOWING HOLIDAYS:
NEW YEARS DAY
MEMORIAL DAY
INDEPENDENCE DAY (JULY 4TH)
LABOR DAY
THANKSGIVING DAY
CHRISTMAS DAY
Pets arriving the day before a holiday should
plan to arrive between 8 am and 12 noon.
